Sisters Rail Supply, LLC embodies its name through the combined efforts of three sisters, each contributing unique skills and expertise. United by a shared mission, we are dedicated to serving the rail industry by delivering high-quality products supported by superior industry knowledge and exceptional customer service.
Susan Alexander, CEO
Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988. Rather than pursuing additional formal education, she chose to embrace hands-on learning through life's many experiences. She homeschooled her four children through high school, partnering with a local study center and community college to provide them with a well-rounded education.
In 2007, Susan joined her husband in building their software and hardware design company, Bridge Fusion Systems LLC, where she gained valuable experience supporting a growing business. As the oldest of four siblings, she naturally developed strong leadership and organizational skills. It was only fitting that she and her three sisters would eventually come together to launch Sisters Rail Supply LLC.
Susan brings strategic, big-picture thinking to the team and values the complementary strengths and attention to detail that each of her sisters contributes.
Leanne Knight, CFO
Leanne holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh and has a diverse background in engineering, manufacturing, and operations. After beginning her career in procurement and manufacturing, she spent over 15 years homeschooling her two sons while teaching a wide range of subjects and co-founding a thriving homeschool community. She later served in administrative roles at her church, bringing her organizational expertise to support its daily operations.
Leanne has been married to her husband, Clinton, since 1995, and they enjoy traveling, exploring new opportunities, and building small businesses together.
Jennifer Crist, COO
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience in business operations, customer support, and process improvement. Throughout her career, she has specialized in streamlining operations, managing logistics, supporting franchise networks, and implementing systems that help businesses run more efficiently. Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, Jennifer enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping customers succeed.
Jennifer lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband and five children. In her spare time, she sings with Vocal Harmonix, a women’s acapella chorus.
